Thanks to my friend Kristin Smith for sharing this!!! In February, shortly after I had begun Lee Labrada’s 12-week “Lean Body Challenge”, I quit sitting at work. My computer monitor sits on a pedestal on top of my desk, and attached to the pedestal is my keyboard. After 65 years of sitting all day, it’s been hard. At the end of the day, my feet hurt, my knees hurt, and my back hurts. However, as time passes, I hurt a little less at the end of each day. The BIG advantage is that I am much more alert, never sleepy…
